When I got my architecture degree in 1987 I knew I had learned tons but I was just so curious and loved the vastness of architecture and urbanism. Around 2001 I started writing a monthly column for the local AIA chapter (Central Valley California) newsletter as a way to pursue my interest beyond and including the world of daily professional practice. This blog is an extension of that initial writing effort and ranges across the full spectrum of the subject. I love sharing my discoveries and contemplations with architects as well as non architects.
Welcome to my architectural adventures!
